Just Start - Package 1

This is for the HR consultancies, coaches and training organisations who wish to add an integrated survey capability to their portfolio of services, but do not yet have a specific target or marketing budget and have little or no cash to invest in sales development.

Sales Support - Package 2

This provides additional special and focused commercial resource together with associated documentation and a special discount offer for HR consultancies, coaches and training organisations who already have an active marketing programme.

This includes a free day’s training and documentation at a venue of our choice, to cover everything from setting and meeting achievable criteria, and optimising revenue.  This course will be tailored completely to ensure that your requirements and capability, based upon your current level of knowledge and particular market needs.

This package provides pragmatic and valuable knowledge and resource for both sales and operational staff.  We believe that during the early stages of selling and marketing a new service that active support is more important than price discounting.  

High Comfort - Package 3

This is we believe a very special package for the low volume and early stage users, who may not have a lot of experience in the market, but need to be sure that the supplier they choose is the right one who will not let them down.

We have put together a unique “comfort package” that underpins our belief in our service and flexibility, and provides our clients with the kind of confidence rarely available to first time users.

If you are looking for additional features and services that your current supplier cannot provide, then with this package we will provide the kind of substance and guarantees that to our knowledge are not currently available in this market.

High Value - Package 4

This is our most comprehensive package for the experienced volume user, who knows exactly what they want in terms of feature and service levels.  The only reason they are in the market is either for additional services or better value.  They are experienced purchasers and know which features and services add value for their clients and which do not.

In simple terms this package offers all elements of Packages 1 to 3, but with significant and complimentary additional technical and customer service support to ensure that you will obtain precisely the features and service levels that add the most value for your business.

The only way we can hope to attract the most experienced buyers is by offering true best in class levels of service and pricing, together with real evidence of the kind of systems and processes required by world class organisations.
