In 2007 we are launching of series of short, free interactive webinars to provide HR professionals with a platform to review and discuss topics of interest around 360 Feedback implementation, delivery, consultancy, facilitation and administration.

 
What is a Webinar?
A webinar is the web version of a seminar. Its format can range from a small, personal group meeting to a presentation with literally 1000's  of people attending.

Webinars enable busy professionals to engage in a full seminar experience (excluding the socialising and hangovers!) without ever having to leave their desk.  Participants simply dial into a conference telephone meeting, and at the same time log onto the Webinar site from their computer.
What happens with the Webinars?
The 360 Webinars are a series of short (20 to 30 minute) seminars focusing on specific topics of interest to HR professionals.  The content is driven by request from practicing (or soon to be practising) users, coaches and administrators of 360 Feedback.

The Webinars are limited to  groups of 8 to 10 participants, thus ensuring that there is the opportunity for everyone to be involved in the discussion.

April The do's and don'ts of 360 Feedback

How to join
Simply click on the link below or call us (01983 240600) to book your place or ask any questions you may have.  We will confirm your attendance, and a couple of days before the event we will send you an e-mail reminder and provide you with log on details for the event.

N.B. You will need to have a PC running Windows XP or Windows 2000, and have access to a telephone where you can view your computer.
